Room cleanliness stood out, with daily housekeeping keeping everything tidy. Balconies offered lovely views, making for a pleasant start to each day. However, the bathroom design could use some work. the entire area tends to get wet after showers since there's no proper separation between the shower and toilet. A quiet room at night was a big plus, but some noise from the busy streets lingered in the day, potentially disrupting your peace. The staff could improve their English skills as some information provided wasn't accurate.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 12-minute walk to Myeongdong's vibrant atmosphere, and daily housekeeping kept my room impeccably clean. The LG styler added convenience after long days out.

However, the bathroom design needs work, as water spills into the toilet area after each shower, making it slippery. Also, the beds were a bit too firm for my liking, which might not suit everyone.
